I'm sorry it has been so long. Life has been busy for me, but that is still no excuse. So please forgive me for neglected you and this blog ;)

So I wanted to update you with what's new at TR job lead website. I really do enjoy this website and have known the owner for a long time. She is an honest, hardworking and caring business woman. In fact, so caring that she gave me one of her domains last year because she knew I wanted to be home with my son so badly. Although I haven't been able to talk with her much in the past few months because she and I are both so busy, I still visit her job lead website and member’s only forum often.

So enough of the small talk. Here are the goods:

Amount of categories listed in her database: 36. Ranging from data entry, customer service, writing, sales, transcription, merchandising, human resource and much more.

The thing with TR Job lead website that I want you to be aware of before you join is that this website is KING of companies that hire often. There are thousands of links to companies that hire often. So they might not all be hiring right now. I do see updated job leads listed too, but the best part of her database is all the company links. In fact, she has company links that are exclusive to her database and that is good news for us because the competition for those leads is less then if they were all over the other job lead websites.

So, I'm going to pick 5 catagories right now and see how many updated job leads are in there. Since she does add new leads I thought I'd see how updated they are.

Teaching: last updated job lead (not company link but a job lead) was in 2/05.
Web Jobs: last updated job lead (not company link but a job lead) was in 4/05
News Monitoring: last updated job lead (not company link but a job lead) was in 4/05
Medical Jobs: last updated job lead (not a company link but a job lead) was in 04/05
Legal Work: last updated job lead (not a company link but a job lead) was in 3/05

Now please keep in mind those are just job leads. And what I mean by that is if you go to monster.com and search for a job then that is a job lead.

TR Job lead website is known for their company links. Both are good, but I've always likes company links a bit better because they usually hire many employees so it seemed to me that I'd have a better shot of getting a job then a job lead that usually just wants one employee to fill it. That is just my personal opinion though. I think job leads and company links used together is the best way to go.

Let me venture over to her forums and see how many leads are posted for this month:
Okay, I clicked in 11 pages deep and I still am only at April 18th. So that leads me to believe there are lots of job leads posted in their members only forum. It appears that members and the owners assistant post most of the leads.

Well that is all I have time for right now. Please remember that I am not saying the only way to get a job is by paying to access a list. Not at all. I think that you can find leads on your own for free with your own researching and work, but if you want the luxury of going to one place that has already done all the work for you then job lead websites are great.

Jobs - this website is for new job listings. They don't list companies that hire often. They have many catagories from sales, to customer service, to data entry and more.

Greetings!

For those of you who don't know me already, my name is Nell Taliercio and I'm the owner of http://www.mommysplace.net/ , which is a leading work at home mom website. I'm a mother to a baby boy and wife to a supportive husband. I've been working at home part time for years and recently was able to come home full time.

I've been in the telecommuting (work at home jobs) industry for years. I've held several different work at home jobs in my time. I currently own businesses and don't telecommute anymore, but I'm still full engrossed in the telecommuting/work at home job industry.

In my time on-line I've been scammed more times then I care to admit ;) I've also been "taken" by a couple junky work at home job lead websites. I've since learned what a scam is so I stay far away, and found two work at home job lead websites that are very legitimate and worth the money...in my honest opinion.

I have gotten so many emailed questions about my opinion of work at home job lead websites, where you pay a fee to access the jobs. Are they legit? Do I endorse any? Do I think they are worth the money? Those types of questions and many more. We've been told over and over not to pay for a job and although this is true...you shouldn't pay to work for someone, there is nothing wrong with paying to access a database of job leads.

There are scam job lead websites out there and there are junky ones that aren't worth the money. I've been a member of two job lead websites that I now personally endorse. This website is going to be an ongoing review of these two job lead databases. I will go through the basics of each website, the cost, the types of leads, how often the leads are updated, any extras with the websites and more. This will be an honest review of both websites and, hopefully, will help you decide if they would be worth your money.

Do you have to pay to access a job lead website? Nope. I've found jobs on my own...with my own research. I don't tell anyone that you HAVE to join one of these to find jobs. You can find some jobs on my website for free. BUT, if you don't want to take the time to find and research the legit jobs on your own then job lead websites are a very good option for you.
